A limited number of sliding scale spots for individual therapy (90$, 120$; 50-min sessions) are available upon request; contact me to discuss.
What if you don't take my insurance?
Services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan as "out-of-network."

When you use out-of-network benefits, you pay in full for your therapy sessions up front. Each month, I will provide you with a receipt for services (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
To see if this could work for you, call your insurance company's customer service number (usually on the back of your insurance card) to find out if your services with me can be reimbursed as out-of-network.
Please check your coverage carefully.

Asking some of the following questions may be helpful:

-

-
Can I use an out-of-network provider?
-
What is my deductible and has it been met? (A deductible is the amount you are required to pay out-of-pocket before they begin to reimburse you.)
-
What percentage of therapy fees are covered?
-
How many sessions per year are covered?
-
Are there any limits on coverage or types of therapy (e.g., video therapy, couples therapy, session length)?
-
Does my primary care physician have to approve therapy services?
-
Do I need a mental health diagnosis to get reimbursed?
-
How do I submit the superbill receipt from my therapist to you for reimbursement? What's the average processing time?
-
Can I use the Reimbursify app for reimbursement?
